About the Role: Monday to Friday role or as project requires Temp to perm opportunity $40ph Flat Rate Working on a major infrastructure project installing cooling towers Roles & Responsibilities: Assist qualified tradespeople with mechanical repairs, maintenance, and installations Use hand and power tools to support workshop and site operations Perform basic mechanical tasks under supervision; part replacements, lubrication Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas and equipment Follow all safety procedures and comply with site regulations Assisting with the installation of cooling towers Our Ideal Candidate: Previous mechanical or trade assistant experience preferred Experience with fitting and assembling of items Competent with hand and power tools Physically fit with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn Strong commitment to health and safety Holds valid Australia Construction White Card/ Blue Card Current driver’s licence and reliable transport What We Offer: Permanent roles offering long-term job stability after probation.
